Deposits/PaymentIf you are booking Big Game Hunt a deposit of $2,500 is required at time of reservation. All packages not cancelled within 60 days of your scheduled hunt will result in forfeit of 100% of your deposit. All packages cancelled prior to 60 days of your scheduled hunt will have a 10% processing fee charged and taken out of your deposit. If a member of your party does not show for the hunt, the $2,500 deposit is forfeited. When booking a Turkey, and/or, Waterfowl hunt, 100% of your balance must be paid in full at time of reservation. PermitsKansas Hunting License (Resident and Nonresident Hunting License required for Free Range Hunting) a Timber Hills Hunting / Fishing Permit included in package. It is the responsibility of the hunter to obtain the proper permits and licenses. All of the hunting permits and licenses are available for purchase on-line.
